This policy explains the types of information ARTUZ may collect and how that information may be used to operate website, marketplace, booking, payment, agency, communication, and support services during beta.

Information we may collect

ARTUZ services may collect contact details, traveler inquiry information, agency onboarding information, booking-related information, support messages, device and usage information, and payment-related records processed through approved payment partners.

How information may be used

ARTUZ may use information to provide marketplace services, support travelers and agencies, process booking workflows, improve platform quality, protect against misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.

Third parties

ARTUZ may work with service providers for hosting, communications, analytics, support, payments, compliance, and marketplace operations. These providers should only receive information needed to support ARTUZ services, process official transactions, maintain platform reliability, or meet applicable obligations.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing dpo@artuz.app. ARTUZ reviews these requests through its support and privacy process and will confirm what action was taken.

Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request — for example, information tied to an active or disputed booking, payment or accounting records, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Where full deletion is not possible, ARTUZ will explain what is retained and why.

Beta support and updates

During beta, ARTUZ may update this policy as product flows, operational processes, and support channels mature. Material changes should be reflected on this page or communicated through appropriate ARTUZ channels.
