Review Policy
Review Policy
Beta policy version · Effective June 2026
Overview
ARTUZ reviews are tied to completed ARTUZ bookings. Reviews help travelers make confident decisions and help agencies build credibility on the marketplace based on real trip outcomes, not unverified claims.
Public review and private feedback
After a trip, travelers may leave a star rating with an optional public review and optional private feedback. The public review may appear on the ARTUZ tour page after verification. Private feedback is intended for ARTUZ's internal use — it is not shown on agency-facing tour or booking pages in the current product.
What is not allowed
Fake, incentivized, spam, abusive, defamatory, or off-topic reviews are not allowed. Reviews should reflect genuine experience with a completed ARTUZ booking. Do not include another traveler's personal information, hate speech, threats, or unrelated promotional content in a review.
Moderation
ARTUZ may review, hide, or remove reviews and ratings that violate this policy or the ARTUZ Terms and Conditions. ARTUZ may also request more context from a traveler or agency before making a moderation decision. Moderation decisions during beta are handled manually by the ARTUZ team.
Why reviews matter
Verified reviews are one of the ways ARTUZ builds trust across the marketplace — helping travelers choose confidently and helping honest agencies stand out for reliable, well-delivered trips.
