This refund policy describes the beta framework for ARTUZ refund and cancellation handling. During beta, ARTUZ support reviews cancellation and refund requests manually.
Booking-specific terms
Refund eligibility may depend on the specific trip, agency policy, cancellation timing, payment status, supplier constraints, and any rules shown before booking confirmation.
Cancellation inquiries
Travelers should use official ARTUZ support channels for refund or cancellation inquiries. ARTUZ will not treat payment or cancellation instructions outside ARTUZ as official platform records.
Agency coordination
ARTUZ may coordinate with partner agencies to validate booking status, trip costs, cancellation windows, and refundable amounts before a refund decision is completed.
Refund timing
Approved refund timing may depend on payment processor timelines, booking status, agency or supplier coordination, and applicable rules. ARTUZ does not promise instant refunds.
Cancelling a trip
