These draft terms describe the intended rules for ARTUZ website and marketplace use. They are under review and will be finalized before public launch of production services.

Marketplace role

ARTUZ is being built as a travel marketplace operating system that connects travelers with agency-provided tours, packages, and related travel services. Agencies remain responsible for the accuracy and delivery of their travel offerings.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are expected to review trip details, eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, refund rules, and official payment instructions before committing to any booking.

Agency responsibilities

Agencies are expected to provide accurate package information, reliable traveler support, lawful services, transparent terms, and timely fulfillment of confirmed travel arrangements.

Payments

Payments represented as ARTUZ transactions should occur only through official ARTUZ payment flows once launched. ARTUZ does not support off-platform payment requests presented as ARTUZ bookings.
