Overview
These terms describe the baseline rules for using ARTUZ website, marketplace, booking, payment, communication, and support services during beta. They are written to keep traveler and agency expectations clear while ARTUZ continues to improve the platform.
Marketplace role
ARTUZ provides the marketplace, checkout, booking, communication, and support infrastructure that connects travelers with agency-provided tours, packages, and related travel services. Agencies remain responsible for accurate package details, service delivery, and traveler coordination.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are expected to review trip details, eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, refund rules, and official payment instructions before committing to any booking.
Agency responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the package details they publish — pricing, availability, inclusions, itineraries, and cancellation or supplier policies — and for keeping that information up to date. Agencies must honor the terms of a confirmed package, coordinate with travelers professionally and in good faith, and provide lawful, reliable service through timely fulfillment of confirmed travel arrangements.
ARTUZ provides the marketplace tools that make this possible — a storefront, AI-assisted matching, booking flow, support coordination, and a trust layer built on verified reviews. ARTUZ does not operate, guide, or supervise agency-run trips directly; the agency remains responsible for how a booked trip is actually delivered.
AI Trip Builder guidance
The ARTUZ AI Trip Builder produces draft, inspirational trip guidance based on your prompt. It is not a confirmed itinerary or booking, and it does not guarantee that every suggestion has a matching bookable package. Reviews
Reviews are tied to completed ARTUZ bookings and are subject to the Review Policy, including rules against fake, spam, or abusive content and ARTUZ's ability to moderate or remove content that violates platform policy.
Payments
Payments represented as ARTUZ transactions should occur only through official ARTUZ checkout and payment channels. ARTUZ does not support payment requests outside ARTUZ that are presented as ARTUZ bookings.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by ARTUZ support during beta. Outcomes may depend on booking status, agency policy, supplier constraints, payment processor timelines, and applicable rules shown before or during booking. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for detail.
